Not the best, but the closest of the good boulangerie. I'm especially putting this one so that you don't make the mistake to go to BredZ (unless it's 4am and you have no choice).

It's far but it's also the best restaurant of japanese food in Lyon. There's plenty of choice for the vegetarians too. You may have to book in advance.
