parking fills up fast and we would recommend to go early in the morning to beat possible afternoon storms.

Cripple Creek is known for their mining history and gambling!

6778 Co Rd 102Scenic drive that takes you across railway systems and stagecoach routes, through historic mining towns. the trip can be anywhere from 2 to 8 hours, going through Florissant, Victor, Canon City, and Cripple Creek.
Cripple Creek is known for their mining history and gambling!
Start at the Pikes Peak Highway in Cascade, 10 minute drive from the air bnb. Its a 19 mile road which starts at 7,400 feet and climbs to 14,115 feet!
You can also Hike Pikes Peak via Barr Trail (all day hike to summit) or Crags (which is more difficult, but you can summit and descend all in one day!)
The Summit House on the top of Pikes Peak is under construction, but is still open
