Herzlich willkommen in unserem stilvoll sanierten Haus in einem ruhigen Stadtteil von Koblenz. Neuendorf war lange ein selbständiger Ort in dem Fischer und Flößer wohnten. Sie werden sich in der Wohnung wohlfühlen, weil alles vorhanden und auf einen schönen Aufenthalt ausgerichtet ist. Das Stadtzentrum ist von der nahen Bushaltestelle in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Von dort zu Fuß zum Deutschen Eck, Seilbahn und Festung. Die Festung bietet vieles -wie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf Koblenz und mehr.

"Hunsrück Valley View" Holiday Home with SAUNA

A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. You can also visit our herd of Scottish Highlanders!

Bei geöffneter Terassentüre genießt du Sonne, Licht und Natur. In der kalten Jahreszeit sorgen Bodenheizung und Eiche-Dielen für Behaglichkeit. Dein Bad ist direkt mit dem Wohnraum verbunden. Zugänglich ist das Apartment über einen eigenen Zugang. Die kleine Küchenzeile befindet sich im Wohnraum und steht dir zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung.

Sie wohnen in einem einfachen, aber gemütlichen, kleinen Apartment (25qm) mit einem Doppelbett ( 140x200cm) und Duschbad in Boppard Stadt. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und liegt im Souterrain unseres Hauses. Kostenfreier WLAN Zugang ist eingerichtet. In dem Wohn-Schlafzimmer für 1-2 Personen gibt es keine Küche, aber die Möglichkeit sich ein Frühstück zuzubereiten. Eine Kaffeepadmaschine , ein Wasserkocher und ein kleiner Kühlschrank stehen zur Verfügung. Geschirr und Gläser sind vorhanden.

You can see Stahleck Castle and Lorch Castle and turn into the premium Rheinburgenweg hiking trail right outside the front door for fantastic hikes.

The generous space is carefully designed and stylishly presented. In 40 Minuten ist die Loreley zu Fuß zu erreichen. Du findest uns in einer verkehrsberuhigten Sackgasse. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Einchecken per Schlüsselsafe möglich. In 500m befinden Sie sich in der freien Natur.

Unsere freundlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung liegt ca. 2 km außerhalb von Bornich, etwa 5 km von der Loreley entfernt. Sie ist ca 100m² groß und verteilt sich über 2 Etagen.
