Private house, located in the peaceful Urbanização Clube Fim de Semana da Ria, which enjoys a privileged location between Ria de Aveiro and the ocean, ideal for families with children and animals. By car, the house is 9 minutes from the ocean beach, 5 minutes from the river beach, 7 minutes from the entrance to the São Jacinto Dunes Natural Reserve and 10 minutes from the São Jacinto Ferryboat (connection to Aveiro).

Casa dos Jacintos is located in a building next to the Ria de Aveiro waterfront, near restaurants, cafés, and the ferry terminal. São Jacinto Beach and the Dunes Nature Reserve are in walking distance, making this condo a getaway for active vacations close to nature, romantic weekends, or remote work-ations.

The house is located 19km from Porto and 28km from the airport. It emerges on a hill in front of one of the most beautiful bends on the Douro river. You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. If you want to explore the property, there are also areas where we grow crops or fruit trees, do not hesitate to help yourself to some fresh fruits!

A partir do Apartamento é possível perceber a história do Porto juntamente com uma incrível vista panorâmica que se estende desde a zona ribeirinha até ao centro histórico da cidade.

A Casa das Santiagas está localizada no concelho de Arouca, no distrito de Aveiro, numa zona calma e tranquila, longe da confusão dos grandes centros. Fica a 35 minutos da cidade do Porto, sendo que a maioria do trajeto é feito por autoestrada, e tem estacionamento gratuito. Nos meses de Julho e Agosto a estadia mínima é de 7 dias, reservável de sábado a sábado. É uma boa opção para férias em família ou com amigos e os animais de estimação também são bem-vindos.

We are open to reservations and in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at all the properties that we manage. Casa do Mercado is situated in the heart of Aveiro, this typical house is surrounded by many local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and terraces. Around the house, there are many nocturn life until 2 am(weekend) or 10 pm(week).
