Wir nutzen das Haus selbst noch häufig, weshalb es über eine voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt. Ein Kingsize-Boxspringbett lädt ein, einen aktiven Tag in der Brandenburger Natur gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Außerdem erwarten unsere Gäste köstliche Teesorten und Nespresso Kaffee.

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 5 Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 10 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

Our house is situated directly on Lake Krüpelsee, where you can swim, go canoeing, or even fish. You are also welcome to spend the entire day lounging by the lake or relaxing in our wood-fired barrel sauna. Berlin city center is just a half-hour drive away via the A10 and A113 motorways.
