Das Ferienhaus liegt etwa 3 km vom Ortskern in Morsbach entfernt. Es ist schön ruhig und bietet alles zum Entspannen. Ob im Whirlpool, beim Billiard spielen, beim Grillen auf dem Balkon oder an der Feuerstelle. Im unteren Bereich des Hauses befindet sich eine Bar im Außenbereich. Desweiteren gibt es eine Vielzahl an Wanderwegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie verschiedene Restaurants sind in Morsbach vorhanden. Ebenso wie ein großer Park mit Spielplatz. Tiefergelegt Autos sollten vorsichtig sein.
