Haus Bambusgarten - Ferienhaus mit Stil

Unser 2020 fertiggestelltes Gästehaus liegt inmitten des malerischen Ortskerns von Fessenbach, einem alten Winzerdorf unweit der Stadt Offenburg, welche auch gerne als "Tor zum Schwarzwald" bezeichnet wird. Das sorgfältig eingerichtete Haus kann bis zu 8 Gäste komfortabel beherbergen. Von diesem Ausgangspunkt hat man die Wahl zwischen Natur, Stadt, Kultur oder zahlreichen übers Jahr stattfindenden Festivitäten in der näheren Umgebung. Und auch Strasbourg und der Europa-Park Rust sind nicht weit.

Un duplex récemment aménagé dans une dépendance avec une entrée indépendante. Une bouilloire, machine à café filtre, frigo, plaque chauffante et microonde sont mis à disposition. Literie neuve. Il se situe à 100m de tous commerces (boulangerie, restaurant), à 15 min de Strasbourg et à 6km du Pont Pflimlin (Allemagne). Un grand parc de loisirs est à 35 min (Europa park). En été, vous pourrez profiter d'un grand jardin. C'est un endroit idéal au calme pour visiter l'Alsace, Strasbourg et Colmar.

Charmante et agréable dépendance sur Ostwlad centre, aux portes de Strasbourg et du marché de noël. Le logement est calme, chaleureux et peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes. Si vous cherchez un endroit propre,agréable, avec une belle finition, vous êtes au bon endroit. Il est situé proche du bus et du tramway pour le centre de Strasbourg et à 45 minutes d’Europa-Park en voiture. Il y a un lit de 160x200, une salle d’eau, une cuisine équipée et un séjour avec un canapé convertible 120x200.

Nous vous proposons notre dépendance avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Elle est située à 14 km de Strasbourg. Village avec accès rapide aux autoroutes. Il vous faudra environ 35 min pour vous rendre à Europa Park et Rulantica. Notre appartement est classé meublé 3 étoiles et a obtenu le label accueil vélo. Venez vous relaxer et passer un agréable séjour au coeur d’une villa de type méditerranéenne au jardin apaisant à seulement 15 kms d’Europapark et Rulantica. Au plein milieu des marchés de Noël alsaciens. Vous logerez dans un chalet complétement équipé et indépendant avec salon, salle d’eau, salle de spa avec jacuzzi, chambre et cuisine. Nous mettons à votre disposition, serviettes, sèche-cheveux, gel douche, machine à café avec dosettes, télévision avec Netflix et Amazon Prime, WI-FI…

Our Heidi House is located in the middle of the Black Forest, in a small valley surrounded by green meadows. Next to the Heidi house is the farm we live on. The Heidi house is detached and has a separate entrance, so your privacy is guaranteed. The farm is located at the end of a road, with no traffic passing through, and is surrounded by meadows, fruit trees and forest. Our own stream and a small pond with a bench on the property invite you to relax.

Petite dépendance de 30m² fraîchement rénovée au fond du jardin. Vous serez au calme dans la pièce à vivre de 25m² au lit confortable, à la cuisine tout équipée. Il y a une petite salle de bain indépendante. Vous profiterez du Wifi et d'une TV avec Netflix. Arrêt de bus ligne 44 de la CTS qui relie la gare d’Entzheim. Possibilité de réserver un Flex’hop ou de louer un vélo Vel’hop à la gare d’Entzheim. 2km en piste cyclable du cocon.

Studio,calm with garden and parking

20 m2, bath room, toilet, private terrace, furniture of garden, free parking in front of the house. Very calm, residential surrounding. There is no kitchen but you have a fridge, micro wave , ou can warm water (see the photos) Ostwald (is 10 min south of Strasbourg by car). Bus stop at 3 ', tram station at 5' (20 'to go in Strasbourg city center ). All conveniences in the area (bakeries, supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco, ...).

ACHTUNG: Maximal 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder bis 16 Jahre. Ursprünglich war es mal ein Stall, der dann 2012 ausgebaut wurde und ab dem 01.04.2019 euch auch die Möglichkeit gibt,in einem Wasserbett zu übernachten. Es ist ausgeschlossen das in einem 2oo Jahr alten Gebeute Geräusche aus der Darüber liegende Wohnung zu hören sind, und alles Staub-frei ist. Siehe Interaktive Artikel

Abseits vom Stress des Alltags, inmitten von Wiesen, Wald und Feldern, und direkt am Schluchtensteig liegt unser Hof Stallegg am Rande des Hochschwarzwaldes. Die Naturnähe bietet Tier- und Naturfreunden einen entsprechenden Rahmen für Entspannung und Erholung. Unser Hof liegt 2km außerhalb des Ortes und es gibt kein Durchgangsverkehr- Ideal für Ihren Familienurlaub!

Das Gästehaus befindet sich in einer ruhigen, begrünten Wohnzone. Zum Gästehaus gehört ein eigener kleiner Garten mit Sitzplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
