This funky studio is just minutes from downtown, UT, Neyland and Thompson-Boling. It has a fully stocked kitchenette complete with a beverage fridge, microwave and hotplate. The studio is attached to a larger house, but is completely locked off and private. It also has its own parking and entrance.
