The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Just 15 minutes from bustling Totnes, the village itself is well served with a butcher, grocer and deli, plus a decent local pub with lovely beer garden. There's also parking for a micro car or free parking nearby.

Bar-K has recently undergone a major renovation introducing a large hot tub, sauna, ping pong table, cinema room with surround sound and PS5 and games room which includes a full-size pool table and table football. There is private parking for 6 car cars with an EV charging point and the outside space includes a huge decked area and a large secure garden.

The Annexe offers quintessential country living. Stylishly presented, well equipped and enjoys views across the Avon valley. Part of an immaculately kept working beef and arable farm, with horses and chickens nearby, the Annex at Hingston Farm is a self contained wing of the principal farmhouse and is incredibly comfortable and cosy. Dog friendly. A minute’s walk from the renowned Oyster Shack and the popular Avon estuary, the sandy beaches of Bigbury, Bantham and Salcombe are nearby.

The Annexe is adjoined to Noland House and boasts two bedrooms, a large open planned kitchen and living area, with a wet-room bathroom and use of a private garden area. There's Wi-Fi, free parking for one vehicle (and access to an EV charger on request), and the all facilities of a modern home. Situated in South Brent, not only do you have Dartmoor on the doorstep, but access to the beautiful South Hams (including its many beaches) plus excellent amenities in the local village.

Shuttaford - Modern Rustic Barn in Dartmoor Valley

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.
