Ruby Rose is the perfect off-grid glamping getaway-a unique fully-equipped converted horse lorry in its own field on a smallholding near Totnes.Although completely off-grid,it has every home comfort,including wi-fi,TV,gas cooker,fridge/freezer,hot-air heating and modern compost loo and shower. Decking areas, outside the living space and bedroom give wonderful views of the countryside. You have sole use of the whole field with al fresco dining area,barbecue, swings,table tennis and its own hens!

Set on a lake in beautiful Somerset surrounded by rolling countryside, it is situated halfway between the popular artisan market-towns of Frome and Bruton and a short drive from Longleat. Four solar panels power your stay, providing you with a wonderful slice of peaceful tranquility.

Cosy Cornish Woodland Retreat

Escape reality in this thoughtfully converted Woodland retreat, in the renowned and secluded 40 acre Pendarves bluebell woods. Near the historic mining town of Camborne, we are a short 20 minute walk from the mainline train station (6 by taxi). A plentiful supply of local attractions, reached most easily by those with their own vehicle. St Ives (13 miles), Falmouth (15 miles), Penzance (20 miles). Sadly we do not allow pets and due to the nature of the site, it is not wheelchair friendly.

Surrounded by nature in a beautiful location, with amazing walks and an abundance of wildlife. Have an early breakfast on the deck and you may spy a grazing deer! No Wifi but very good 4G, terrestrial TV, board games, fire-pit BBQ & a very comfy bed. The stylish horse box bathroom also has mains plumbing. Cosy up for a winter break in a beautifully converted old army truck with stunning views of Lyme Bay. In the winter months you have the whole field to yourselves, so it’s perfect for a romantic getaway. There are beautiful walks in the woods up behind my holding and a lovely riverside walk to the beach, which is perfect now the holiday crowds have gone. The truck is well insulated and has a wood burning stove.

The hut is hidden away at the end of my garden and is extremely secluded. It has a log burner to keep you cosy in the winter and a pretty bbq area for the summer. The hot tub is available all year round for your own private and exclusive use.
