Welcome to our retreat near the lake. We are located approximately 2 miles from the Lake Bowen Landing where you can enjoy kayaking, fishing, boating, tubing and much more. You will have the whole studio to yourself complete with a full kitchen and bath. Free parking, tv streaming, wifi and boat parking upon request. For more adventure, a short drive will have you hiking in Chimney Rock, exploring the Cowpens National Battlefield or visiting the Tryon International Equestrian Center.

This is a tree house like bungalow in beautiful Campobello SC. Enjoy a peaceful, rural retreat that is central to Upstate SC and Western NC. We are about 5 miles to downtown Landrum SC, 25 minutes to Spartanburg SC, 40 minutes to Greenville SC, 45 minutes to Asheville NC, and about 22 minutes to the Tryon Equestrian Center in NC. Inside the unit, downstairs is the kitchen, dining area, and bathroom, Upstairs in the loft are 4 different beds (Queen, Three Singles) &.a common area.

Situated in a 3+ acre gated compound surrounded on three sides by Fairforest Creek, our guest house feels like a mountain hideaway yet it's only a 3 minute drive to downtown Spartanburg. Enjoy the private patio overlooking the creek to relax or prepare a meal on the gas grill. Dogs are welcome, and we have 2 very social dogs that you will probably encounter during your stay. There's ample parking for vehicles and room to roam and enjoy the park-like setting.
