Modern and new apartment located only few minutes from old town and Diocletian Palace. It's situated in really quiet street but few steps from spirited and busy summer life in Split. Free WiFi access is available. This air-conditioned apartment has fully equipped kitchen as well as a dining area and living room with sofa and TV with all channels. Bathroom has shower and free toiletries as well as hairdryer. There is a free parking space in front of the building.

It is located in the quiet inner courtyard of a family house in the historic part of town, one of two settlements outside the walls of the palace, from which the Split has developed as we know it today. It is placed 750m from the Diocletian's Palace, the Riva and Main Market Square, and 700m from the Bačvice Beach. Around the apartment is free public parking.

Sea sound

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)

The modernly furnished apartment has a room with a separate air conditioning, TV and modern lighting. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, ceramic plate, microwave and all the equipment. The living room has sofas for a third person and its tv and air conditioning. The apartment has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, ancient Salon and Split. Guests can use our swimming pool and barbecue in the garden.

Apartman se nalazi u centru gradu, 250 metara od Dioklecijanove palače, trajektne luke i autobusnog kolodvora. Desetak minuta hodanja od plaže Bačvice. Nedaleko od marketa, zelene tržnice. Također vrlo je blizu luke za Dalmatinske otoke. Apartman je kompletno uređen prošle godine i sve što se nalazi u njemu je novo.
