Have an evening fire as you watch the sun set. Use the golf cart to slowly make the trip to the dock easily accessible.

This thoughtfully equipped space has absolutely everything you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and gaze upon gorgeous sunset views. Bring your fishing poles and/or boat and utilize the boat ramp at Cottonport Marina or the public boat ramp 2 miles away. You will have a beautiful riverfront view from the back deck, but not direct river access from the property.

The house has a large yard with a firepit to enjoy evenings outdoors or enjoy the sunset. There is New WIFI TV available please bring your DVD’s.

There is a large driveway and parking area for three trucks and trailers. Bring the kids and your family pet too!
