Our flat is situated in the heart of stunning St Ives, with its own private parking space. 2 minutes walking distance to the town centre, and surrounding beaches. With views overlooking the sea and sunrise for breakfast, we are sure you won't be disappointed. The bench in front of the flat is often sheltered and sunny, the flat has a convenient wet room and both bedrooms have comfy double beds with room for travel cots. There is a pull out sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate another 2 guests.

The sweeping coastal view from our town centre apartment is the same one described by Virginia Woolf in her novel To the Lighthouse, inspired by summers in St Ives: 'as far as the eye could see, fading in soft low pleats, the green sand dunes, running away into some moon country'. Quietly tucked away, the apartment is ideally situated for summer and winter breaks, and remote working. The harbour is a two minute stroll, Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches a short walk. Sorry no pets. No smoking.

The Crib sleeps 2 (double bed) & is a comfortable open plan space to relax and enjoy your trip to St Ives. We are in a quiet residential area, just 12 minutes walk downhill to St Ives centre, its fabulous art galleries such as ‘The Tate St Ives’, the many independent shops, bars, restaurants & all of St Ives 5 stunning beaches. We are a 2 minute walk to the world famous ‘Leach Pottery’. The South West coast path & Penwith Moors, both areas of outstanding natural beauty are close by.

The Studio

The studio is a bright, airy self contained space with a mezzanine platform that provides the sleeping area, which is accessed via a ladder. There is an outside area for storage, drying wetsuits or simply chilling in the sun with a cold beer or cuppa tea. We are a 10 minute walk from the town centre where you'll find an amazing choice of funky shops, exciting fresh food restaurants, long coastal walks, Art galleries and of course...our world renowned beaches and surf breaks!!

A small but spatially crafted 25sqm studio apartment with excellent seaviews of St. Ives and only 150m from Porthminster Beach. High ceilings, elevated mezzanine bed with seaviews, light and airy living space, and small outdoor seating area. 'The Rest' is a light and airy cottage apartment, situated on the brow of a hill with views towards Porthminster Beach. We have recently renovated the kitchen and shower room and redecorated throughout and it is comfortably furnished for two people. It is located one minute's walk from the harbour front and town centre, and a three minute's stroll to the surfing beach of Porthmeor.
