Our barrier-free, completely renovated and tastefully furnished half-timbered cottage in a central location comprises approx. 65 sqm and offers enough space for 2 people. In the spacious entrance area there is a wardrobe, bench and a large mirror. The living room is equipped with sofa, armchair, sideboard as well as Sat -TV. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster offers a nice seat at the dining table in front of the window. The bedroom with double bed (80 x 200 each), 2 consoles, large closet is located to the quiet courtyard. In the modern bathroom with ground-level shower, towel radiator, toilet, washbasin, cabinet and window are hairdryer, magnifying mirror, towels, soap, toilet paper. Spare towels are deposited in the closet in front of the bathroom. Washing machine incl. detergent are available in the utility room. Ferienwohnung Christel mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 80qm

Unsere und gemütlich Ferienwohnung liegt im ersten Stock unseres Hauses. Sie ist 80 qm groß und für 3 Personen geeignet. Es gibt 1 Doppelbett und 1 Einzelbett in zwei Schlafräumen. Bei Bedarf gibt es zusätzlich ein Baybett und einen Hochstuhl. Im Wohnbereich gehören TV, Videorecorder mit einer Filmauswahl sowie ein WLAN dazu. Die Küche ist mit komplett ausgestattet. Bei entsprechendem Wetter bietet die Loggia Platz zum Ruhen und Faulenzen. Dafür gibt es Terrassenmöbel und Sonnenschutz.

Kuscheliges Blockhaus mit offenem Kamin

In ruhiger Atmosphäre steht das 55qm Blockhaus in einer Waldsiedlung auf 3000 qm mit altem Baumbestand. Das Haus hat einen offenen Kamin im Wohnraum und auf der Terrasse. Es gibt nur EIN abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer mit kleinen Liegenflächen (80x190cm), die eher für Kinder geeignet sind. Die zweite Schlafmöglichkeit befindet sich im Wohnzimmer (s. Fotos). Eine Seite des Grundstücks ist nicht eingezäunt, da das Haus sich auf dem Grundstück unserer Familie befindet, die dort lebt.

Ferienhaus WeserAusZeit 140qm

There is a very well-equipped kitchen on the first floor. A cozy living and dining area and a bathroom with rain shower. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, where you can relax very well. In the annex, in the passageway, there is a bicycle storage area and a laundry room. Another adjoining room with a sauna with infrared, sports equipment and patio with lounge corner and an outdoor shower (not in winter) round off the vacation home for relaxation.

Ferienwohnung Landidyll, Suthfeld (78qm)

The comfortable 3-room apartment on the 1st floor (78 m²) is located in a quiet, rural area in the district of Riehe (Suthfeld) and impresses with a cozy atmosphere and good amenities. It features a spacious living room with a sofa bed and dining area, two bedrooms with box spring beds and single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a cosmetic mirror and hairdryer. Wi-Fi, Magenta TV, Netflix, and parking are included; e-bikes are available for rent.
