Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Ich vermiete eine frisch renovierte, sanierte und neu eingerichtet 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit herrlichem Bergblick im wunderschönen Luftkurort, Immenstadt im Allgäu. Immenstadt liegt im Herzen des Allgäus mitten in den Allgäuer Alpen in der Ferienregion Alpsee-Grünten. Die Wohnung liegt zentrumsnah und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Berg-, Ski- und Badeausflüge. Das Kleinwalstertal in Österreich ist ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt.

Brenda´s Mountain Home

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Unser Haus wurde vor wenigen Jahren von einem ehemaligen Bauernhaus in ein Ferienhaus umgestaltet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail komplett neu renoviert. Umringt von Wiesen und Wäldern liegt es inmitten des Biosphärengebiets Schwäbische Alb. Es liegt in einzigartier Alleinlage und ist zur kompletten Alleinnutzung für unsere Gäste verfügbar. Auch Kinder und kleine Hunde sind gerne willkommen. Dem Alltag entfliehen, im Einklang mit der Natur sein - all das und mehr erleben sie bei uns.

Missen-Wilhams ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für alle Wanderer, Radler, Skifahrer, Langläufer, da ihr hier alles direkt vor der Türe habt. Nach euren Freizeitaktivitäten könnt ihr euch im hauseigenen Schwimmbad und in der Sauna entspannen, auf dem Balkon mit Abendsonne noch gemütlich ein Glas Wein trinken oder euch in der Bar mit Einheimischen und anderen Feriengästen in geselliger Runde zusammensetzen. Mehrere Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Zwischen Dorfplatz und Bach

Das ist unsere große Erdgeschosswohnung. Umgebaut aus dem ehemaligen Dorfladen mit über 3m Raumhöhe und richtig viel Platz für alle - nicht nur im großen zentralen Wohnraum, sondern auch mit genug Rückzugsraum in der Lounge und den vier Schlafzimmern. Licht von allen Seiten, zwei moderne Bäder, Terrasse direkt am Bach mit Blick zur Zugspitze, Garten, nette alte und neue Details - was will man mehr? Und jetzt ist sogar der Dorfplatz neu renoviert.

Hier können Sie während Ihres Frühstücks einen schönen Blick auf Garten und Waxensteine und Alpspitze genießen.
