This position gives you easy access to the north and south coasts of Cornwall and The Eden Project is just 10 minutes drive away. Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

The Hay Loft is the first floor of a 1850’s Coach House and Stables. The whole interior measures approximately 16m x 5m. Fully self contained, the apartment is very spacious and can accommodate 2 people comfortably. King Size bed, linen included. Lounge area, 32” Freesat TV. Dining Table & chairs. Fitted Kitchen, dishwasher etc. Large walk in shower enclosure, separate bath, cosy long robes and complimentary toiletries. Decking area with lighting, overlooking open field onto woods.

Nested within a rural picturesque valley on Bodmin Moor, The Wren is perfectly located in Cornwall and makes an ideal base for wedding guests attending Trevenna. Moorland walks and stunning lakes are all within close vicinity and both the North & South coasts are within a 30-40minute drive. The A30 & A38 are also easily accessible via car from the property.

The Annex, Small Double Bed, Parking, Quiet.

The Annex is a private, self contained space adjoined to the rear of our house. It has it's own parking space, a small double bed (190cm length bed wall to wall), shower room and private outdoor seating area. The main train line is 5 minutes walk from The Annex. Lostwithiel also has a selection of pubs, restaurants, Indian and Chinese takeaways, independent shops, riverside and woodland walks all within walking distance. The Eden Project is a 10 minute drive away.

Manor House at Botelet Farm

Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Nestled in a valley in South East Cornwall, staying at Manor offers the chance for a peaceful escape with 300 acres to explore, safe spaces for children to play, a trampoline in the orchard, and therapeutic massage in our treatment room.

Off road parking with easy level access to the property and level access into Lostwithiel.
