This brick farmhouse is part of our 18-acre farm located in Maryville, TN at the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. Close attractions are the Cherohala Pkwy, Foothills Pkwy, the Dragon, #1 ranked Smoky Mountain Harley-Davidson, Dollywood/Sevierville/Gatlinburg & many more. Newly furnished w/master bedroom w/king bed, guest bedroom w/privacy curtain and upstairs with two 80” single beds. Home has farm character in a beautiful country setting. Covered parking for approx 3-4 motorcycles.

Less than half a mile away is the Foothills Parkway which is a 33 miles of scenic roadway from Chilhowee Lake to Wears Valley. No rooftops/ no power lines to look through.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This cozy cabin is located in a private mountain community with private lake access. It is located right outside of Townsend in the Top Of The World where you will see breathtaking views with multiple scenic pullovers the whole drive in. Also conveniently located to make a trip to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Maryville. The cabin is also located close right off of Foothills Parkway and close to The Dragon.

You read that right. The producer loved the cabin and the view so much that 15 minutes of the Hallmark movie, “Love in the Great Smoky Mountains: A National Park Romance,” was filmed at this cabin. Boling's Cozy Cabin

Secluded in the Smokies, our cabin is on a private lake with access to our pontoon boat, paddle boat, two paddle boards and two kayaks. Just below our screened in back deck with a propane grill, is a children's play area and an outdoor fire pit. Activities such as hiking the surrounding mountains, fishing with the provided poles, swimming, or just relaxing in the mountains, are all included in your stay at the Cozy Cabin.
