Kaminholz kann gegen Aufpreis genutzt werden. Vom Wohnzimmer erhalten Sie Zugang zur großen, privaten Terrasse. Die im Flur befindliche Infrarotsauna, kann für einen kleinen Aufpreis benutzt werden. Das Schlafzimmer beinhaltet ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett. Im großen Badezimmer befindet sich eine Badewanne und eine Dusche.

Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Umgeben von mehreren sehr grossen Seen ( 1 bis 3 km lang) in der Nähe, teilweise zu Fuss aber immer mit Fahrrad oder Pkw erreichbar. Der Gutspark beginnt vor unserer Tür und erstreckt sich über mehrere Hektar mit romantischen Aleen und grossen Grünflächen, ideal für ein Picknick. Ihr bewegt euch auf den Spuren von Theodor Fontane.
