The Blue Maiden - built in 1880

She is close to I-70, one block from US 41, and maintains many of her original Victorian charms. She is less than 5 miles from the new casino!

You can enjoy the enclosed front porch while relaxing in the rocking chairs. We have a full size washer and dryer located off of the kitchen .

This home is situated on the river, offering a private setting with quick access to other amenities. It’s only 5 miles to I70, 3 miles to Indiana State University, 7 miles to Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and 6 miles to Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College.
