Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. A 2 minute walk to Towan beach. Located right in the centre of Newquay close to bars, restaurants, and shops. Nicely laid out 1 bedroom apartment that will sleep up to 4 adults. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed that will comfortably sleep 2 adults in the lounge area, the bathroom is through the bedroom. A travel cot is available on request. There is on street parking on the road outside the apartment.

The open plan lounge which includes the kitchen has an ‘A’ frame roof with Veluxes, a 49 inch TV and bifold doors leading to a decking area. The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.
