Este facuta din lemn natural, beneficiază de incalzire electrică si este foarte bine izolată. Proprietatea se invecineaza cu râul Bistrita, are o curte de 10.000 metri patrati. In curte beneficiați de SAUNĂ si CIUBĂR. Este la 30 minute de Statiunea Durău, la 30 minute de Rarău, 45 minute de Tara Dornelor, cu full SKI.

De la etajul proprietatii se pot admira muntii Calimani si muntii Rodnei in toata splendoarea lor, indiferent de pozitia camerelor. Fiecare camera are baie si terasa proprie unde se poate servi cafeaua de dimineata admirand in acelasi timp privelistea de vis.
