Our cottage is perfect for 4 adults and 2 children.The cottage is completely renovated , all new appliances, and mattresses. The Little River Cottage is located beside the Historical Blount Swinging Bridge . Enjoy the large back yard and sit around the fire pit in the evenings .

It’s one of my favorite places to be on the private back deck listening to the sounds of water & nature. Our space is clean & cozy. Nothing fancy. Perfectly meant for simple people:) We did do upgrades, new decor, and furnishings since photos! Brand new larger water heater installed Dec 2023.
