A casa foi remodelada recentemente e ampliada com uma construção moderna e de design desfrutando da vista e da envolvente . Vê-se desde o topo da Serra de Sintra, ao Guincho ao Cabo Espichel. A dois passos dos percursos pedestres da Serra de Sintra e dos seus monumentos e junto de bons restaurantes , de cafés com bom ambiente , a pequena aldeia tem supermercado e farmácia para sua tranquilidade. Os hóspedes têm à sua disposição uma casa com 2 quartos, sala e cozinha, totalmente privativa e acesso a um grande jardim com uma piscina infinita onde podem desfrutar da maravilhosa vista. Moro na propriedade e estou disponível para partilhar histórias e informações sobre a região. Adoro ciclismo e conheço a Serra como a palma da minha mão. Posso partilhar os segredos da serra e aconselhar os melhores restaurantes da região. Malveira da Serra, aldeia pitoresca junto a Cascais e Lisboa (20 min), com percursos pedestres na Serra de Sintra e seus monumentos. A Praia do Guincho e as suas dunas selvagens com a sua beleza única, são um paraíso para o Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. Aconselho o uso de carro próprio.

Fisherman's House - a boat ride from Lisbon

We recently recovered an old ruin in Trafaria, right by the Tejo river, with the help of Lisbon Architect Inês Brandão. The scenic Belém district lies just across the river, a short beautiful boat ride away. Located in a very quiet non-traffic street, just 250 m from the train station, that come directly from Lisbon and also the bus stops, all in a walking distance. It's a fully equipped nest, with all the kitchen amenities, 2 suites with private bathroom and a sofa bed in the living room. In the patio you can enjoy a breathtaking view to “Castelo dos Mouros” and enjoy the fantastic sun light.

Traditional Beach House a few minutes from Lisbon

This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

Our top floor apartment was completely renovated to great standards, and fully equipped in April 2017. It comes with 1 double bedroom, bathroom, living room and a fully equipped kitchen. All the windows of the house with beautiful views of Sintra's nature surroundings. Access via two flights of stairs. It is located in a very beautiful and traditional area between Sao Pedro and Sintra village, 5 min walk from the historic centre and 15 min walk from the train station.

This old traditional house totally renewed in 2010 with a modern touch is located in Azenhas do Mar cliffs, with beautiful ocean views, the terraces are perfect for catching sun, having meals, relaxing or work (with hi speed internet connection) At a short distance from Sintra (10Km) and from the main beaches; Praia das Maçãs (2km), Praia Grande (4km). A short walk away from the best restaurants in the region.

Detached beach house near Lisbon

A pleasant detached house, with great natural light, located just a short walk (100 m) from the beach and on a quiet and safe street (it’s behind the police station but you never know!). The location it’s ideal to go surfing, go to the beach and visit Lisbon (only a 25-min drive). It’s on walkable distance from restaurants, supermarkets and public transportation. Our pretty cottage sits just 100 meters from both the beach and the center of the village. Arranged over 2 floors with 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single), a family bathroom, a cosy living-room with a fire place, a well equipped kitchen, with some basics like tea, coffee, sugar, a laundry with washing machine, iron and an ironing board, a water-closet and a terrace/solarium with a barbecue.

Casa muito acolhedora numa vila típica de pescadores onde a calma prevalece. Ótimo para relaxar em família. Com vista para Lisboa. A 2 minutos a pé da estação fluvial onde pode dar um passeio direto a Belém e experimentar as suas doçarias. Trafaria conhecida pelo bom peixe por isso ótimos restaurantes com esplanadas a beira rio. A 5minutos de carro das praias da costa da Caparica.
