The beach has 2 Paddle Boards, 1 kayak, and 1 clear kayak so you can see what is going on in the Crystal Clear lake. All free to use. We live on the Betsie Valley bike trail and have bikes available to use for free. We are 20 minutes feom Crystal Mountain for snowboarders and Skiers. We have snow shoes to borrow for winter beauty on the frozen Crystal lake. Perfect for families, couples or a group of friends. Our only rule is to ENJOY the beauty of Northern Michigan!

The Carriage House is within walking distance to the Empire Beach, shopping, and places to eat. Nearby are hiking & biking trails, beaches & rivers, wineries, golfing, shopping, and the beautiful Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes. There is something for everyone. The Carriage house sleeps 4 very comfortably it includes A/C, Flat screen t.v.’s , WiFi & a full breakfast.
