It is just a 15 minute walk downhill (or a 5 minute tuktuk ride) to the popular hipster/holistic village of San Marcos La Laguna. From our road entrance up to the house there are 150 steps to hike, well worth it for the incredible view!

Casa Serenidad is a lakefront cottage with lush gardens secluded enough to be alone with nature, but within 3-5 minutes away from Isla Verde, a hotel with a restaurant that offers delicious food, and it’s usually open to the public. The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.

Experience a living painting, where the views and surrounding nature are the attraction! The house cat´s names (that sleep outside) are Artemis & Cardemom.

CASA NIKAJQUIM is set in the valley of Tzununá (the land of the hummingbird) at Lake Atitlán. We are located 15 minutes from the public dock by walking, and 5 minutes by taxi (tuck tuck).
