Unsere Einliegerwohnung mit separatem Eingang und eigener Terrasse am Oberen Eselsberg liegt fußläufig zur Universität und dem Science Park. Öffentliche Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor der Wohnung. Mehr oder weniger direkt hinterm Haus ist man im Grünen. Man hat nur wenige Minuten bis zu Bus und Straßenbahn, sowie zum Bäcker und Lebensmittelladen. Den Botanischen Garten erreicht man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Legoland sind es 30 Minuten und zum Ravensburger Spielerland 1 Stunde mit dem Auto.

Die Unterkunft ist eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit separatem Eingang ohne Küche. Mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Teller, Besteck, Gläser, Tassen und Kühlschrank. Die Bushaltestelle nach Ulm ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt (Buslinie 11 Ringverkehr) in ca. 15 Min.ist man mit dem Auto, mit dem Bus ca. 25 Min. am Ulmer Hbh. Das Legoland Günzburg erreichen Sie in ca. 30 Minuten. Nach Blaubeuren (Blautopf) sind es 15 Min. mit dem Auto. Die Unikliniken Eselsberg sind in 15 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar.

The modernly furnished apartment (built in 2014) is located in a prime city center location, is approx. 45 sqm in size, and is luxuriously equipped. The train station is in the immediate vicinity (approx. 150 m) and is easily reachable on foot. The main public transport stops are located directly in front of the building. In the neighborhood (<200m), there are parking garages with >800 parking spaces. University, clinics, and sciencepark can be reached in 15 minutes by public transport.

Dazu haben Sie auch eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Induktion, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine (Tassimo) und Geschirr. Neben dem Boxspringbett (2m x 1,80m) im Schlafbereich, können die zwei Sofas im Wohnzimmer jeweils zu einem 2m x 1m Bett mit Lattenrost ausgezogen werden. Die Terrasse ist für alle Gäste frei zugänglich!
