Our farm home, situated on 4 acres, is located just 25 minutes from the University of Illinois and Illini sports! I-57, I-74, and I-72 are all close by. The house has a fully furnished large kitchen with a coffee bar. Two living areas provide plenty of space to stretch out. You can finish off your busy day gathering on the patio preparing dinner on the gas or charcoal grills, watching the sun set over the summer grain fields, or roasting marshmallows around the firepit.

This full property is just off the interstate, in a small neighborhood surrounded by mature trees. North Prospect and Marketplace mall restaurants and shopping destinations are less than 1 mile away. The University of Illinois and Carle Hospital are about 10 miles from the rental property. This is a pet friendly Airbnb, with no additional charge for pets and up to 6 guests. High-speed Wifi is provided by Xfinity with 4 TVs, each with guest mode Roku.

Our Home is in a quiet cul-de-sac in west Urbana just minutes away from U of I campus/stadium, State Farm Center, and hospitals; as well as golf course/driving range, restaurants, and shopping. This home has everything you will need for a comfortable stay; whether it’s for a long weekend or a month long stay. There is a king bed in master and queen bed in the guest room with extra pillows/blankets and the bathrooms are well stock.

This home maintains the charm of the early 1900's and is decorated with a New Orleans flair. All the original detail including hardwood floors, pristine woodwork, beautiful staircase, pocket doors and an expansive front porch. The house is located close to downtown Champaign and just 6 blocks to campus town. Amenities include two cable TVs, internet service, and a keyless coded entry system.
