Stone Cottage - Private Retreat!

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to stay in a stone cottage? This unique property has great history. It was built as a one room school house in 1836 and was active until 1914. Great studio living, with living room, bedroom, and dining area all combined in one large great room. Original exposed chestnut beams, and provide an airy and comfortable space to relax! Bluestone countertops, and Vintage GE refrigerator from 1930's the cozy kitchen provides a spot to enjoy morning coffee☕️

The Barn on Evergreen Farm

Beautifully decorated, newly renovated second floor loft apartment above a spacious barn offers an ideal get away for those inclined towards a true farm experience without the need to sacrifice modern amenities or travel great distances. Located in historic Clinton, 3 miles from Hamilton College, and 21 miles from Colgate University. Due to COVID-19 we are leaving 2-3 days between stays for cleaning. There is a 2 night min. for groups of 3 or 4, and limits on guests from multiple households.

The Lazy Lodge - An Adirondack Foothills Getaway.

Our camp is located in the foothills of the ADK state park and situated along the banks of the West Canada Creek. Enjoy DIRECT access to the creek for fishing, tubing, ect. Minutes away to annual Snow Bash events. A short drive to Hinckley, Kayuta, and Piseco lakes. Close access to snowmobile trails that extend across NYS. A 45 minute drive to Utica. An hour or less to Speculator/Old Forge/Piseco. Restaurants/Pub: Haskell's Inn (walking distance), Ohio Tavern(2 mi.) WiFi & Streaming. NO pets.

The house is located in a scenic, remote area. Though, it is only 5 minutes from the nearest grocery store and less than 20 minutes from the best local dining and shopping. Sleep in luxury on the new ‘Stern & Foster Estate’ mattress! Romantic, Luxury, Pet-Friendly, Kid-Friendly and infant-friendly! On the snowmobile trail (C-4)

Collier’s Hideout- A cozy, brookside escape

At Collier’s Hideout you’ll find everything you love about camping the wilderness, blended with comfort in a cozy furnished apartment. Enjoy hiking over 4 acres of private forest, and wind down with the sounds of ‘Mad Tom’ at a brook-side common area providing a Blackstone griddle in a screened in pavilion. Free campfire wood included with your stay so you can enjoy s’mores if you just can’t be pulled away from the peaceful serenity, then retire in comfort in a comfortable apartment.

The Mohawk Getaway! Private heated pool

Welcome friends! Great house for baseball season. Each room is large, inviting, and offers wonderful natural lighting with its 56 windows. The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. The main living room offers a custom feather down sectional accompanied by a beautiful chaise lounge and two wingback chairs. Head through the foyer and up the immaculate stairway to find four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

This cozy cottage is nestled in a tranquil setting, with glorious golf course and lake views offering an escape from the fast pace of everyday life. The screened-in front porch provides the opportunity to relax on the couch or dine at the spacious banquette, all while taking in the beauty of the Upstate New York surroundings. Welcome to Mill Town Apartment. This newly updated retro apartment is located just miles off of the New York State Thruway and is centrally located between Utica and Rome. Within a ten to fifteen minute drive you can travel to Utica University, Hamilton College, SUNY Poly, and the Griffiss Business & Technology Park. In addition, this is a perfect location for day trips to Syracuse, the Adirondack Park, as well as the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
