Die neuwertige Wohnung ist ländlich modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Frasdorf liegt zu Füßen der Chiemgauer Berge, eingebettet in die sanften Hügel des Voralpenlandes. Nur acht Kilometer vom Chiemsee und Simssee entfernt. Zentral zwischen München und Salzburg und fernab von Hektik und Stress und das zu jeder Jahreszeit.

Von hier aus erreichen Sie das Münchner Stadtzentrum zum Sightseeing, Ausstellungen, sowie das Oktoberfest bequem mit S-Bahn, Zug oder PKW in ca. 30 Min. Die Messestadt Riem (Konzerte u. Messen) nur 20 Min. Die Allianz Arena ist ebenso leicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Für weitere Ausflüge empfehlen wir die größte Thermenwelt Europas in Erding, Freizeitpark Poing sowie die Erkundung vieler Badeseen. The apartment is only 35 minutes drive to the Munich airport and 15 minutes drive the new exhibition centre- Messe. To the s bahn station line 4 and 6 only 10 minutes walk and you can find there all the cafes, supermarket, and so on. With the S bahn 25 minutes u are in the city center. Parking is free on the public street. The apartment is specially kids-friendly- a playground at the backyard.

We are located only 500m from the S-Bahn station Eglharting. We are looking forward to welcoming you!

Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung verfügt über eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Das große Bad mit Eckbadewanne und Fenster ist sehr geräumig und hell. Die Couch kann zum Bett ausgezogen werden. Wlan wird kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.

Close to public transport (22 min to downtown Munich or 30 min to the October festival) or 15 minutes by car to the convention center. It is our wish that you feel cosy in our place (our house is next to you) so we will try to guide and help you where possible as we traveled a lot ourself. It all depends on your kindness.

Das 25qm große, möblierte Appartment verfügt über eine voll ausgestattet Küche, einen Kachelofen, einen Gäste-WLAN sowie ein modernes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Das Appartment wurde 2019 erst komplett neu hergerichtet und verfüg zudem über separaten Zugang.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.
