The apartment has two rooms, including a large quiet bedroom facing the inner court yard and south facing living area with an oversized comfy sofa, dining room table and height adjustable work desk. Off the living room, lies a furnished balcony with table and chairs and lots of direct sunlight. There is a modernised bathroom with washing machine and standing shower as well as a seperate kitchen with dishwasher and full cooking facilities.

Das Apartment "Berliner Luft" kann von 1 bis 4 Personen gebucht werden. Es verfügt über eine Küche, Esstisch und Duschbad. Es ist ca. 35qm groß. Bei einer Belegung von bis zu 2 Personen, beziehen wir oben das Bett mit Bettwäsche und unten steht ein Sofa bereit. Bei einer Belegung ab 3 Personen wird unten das Schlafsofa von uns ausgeklappt und mit Bettwäsche bezogen. 2 Handtücher pro Personen werden immer für bereitgestellt. Es gibt einen TV und kostenloses Wifi.

Die Unterkunft ist nach eigenen Ideen künstlerisch gestaltet. Sie befindet sich in unserem Einfamilienhaus im 1. Stock. Sie hat einen eigenen Eingang über eine außenliegende Wendeltreppe. Die Umgebung ist sehr grünb und ruhig. In fußläufiger Umgebung befinden sich viele Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafes. Der U Bahnhof Kurt Schumacher Platz ist 400 Meter entfernt. Mit der U 6 ist man in 20 Minuten in der Stadtmitte.

So, please mind that it could get a bit noisy.
