This renovated cottage is located in a green garden in the hills of Limburg. Relax on the wooden porch or the terrace (with Jacuzzi) and enjoy the view of green landscapes and horses. Start a trail for hiking and cycling trails one step away of the cottage and explore the nature and little villages. Go on a citytrip to Maastricht and Valkenburg (10 min), Aachen or Liège (20 min). The cottage is located in the countryside in a small and quiet village, 2-4 km from supermarkets and shops.

Since 2020/21 also with: New 85-inch TV, a great soundbar, new fireplace - and an 11Kw / h EV charging station. Vacation in the Vulkaneifel - a 12 minutes drive from the A1, no "through traffic" and super quiet. 10 minutes to reach Gerolstein and yet so central that there are plenty of hiking opportunities. And you are in 45 minutes in Koblenz or in 30min in the Moselle Valley

Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

Charmante gîte voor rust- en natuurliefhebbers!

Voor wie rust en natuur zoekt is hier op de juiste plek. Je bevindt je hier midden in de natuur met hectaren bos in de achtertuin. Wat vroeger een stal was is nu een charmante gîte. Een typische woning in de Ardennen met veel intimiteit op enkele minuten van het formule 1 circuit. Als fanatiek trailer ken ik het bos in de achtertuin op mijn duimpje. Ik kan het iedere loop- en wandelliefhebber aanraden om er een keer te "verdwalen". Het is uiteraard ook geschikt voor mountainbikers.

The love nest

The love nest est notre havre de paix à la campagne. Petite maison contemporaine en bois, à la grande cheminée de pierre, elle offre une belle chambre double et une plus petite chambre attenante séparée du séjour par un rideau. Entièrement chauffée par un poêle à bois et un feu ouvert, elle offre une atmosphère chaleureuse et pleine de charme. Une terrasse plein sud, en partie couverte (Belgique oblige) agrémente le tout.

Restored with love... Enjoy a leap into the cold Maar (30m), a sundown at the castle (80 m), hiking, cycling or visit the famous Nürburgring (18 km). The house joins old with modern and offers 110 m² with a big kitchen/dining room with balcony, a cosy living room with 2 convenient bed couches, one sleeping room with double bed and bathroom, one sleeping room with 4 single beds and a second bath downstairs.

Romantic 17th Century Gingerbread Guesthouse

Wie sagte ein Freund: das ist ja ein Rosamunde-Pilcher-Traum... :) Das Gingerbread Guesthouse is ein 350 Jahre altes Fachwerkhaus im malerischen Städtchen Bacharach. In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.

Ausgebaute Scheune am Schloss (Loft mit 2 Bädern)

Erlebe den Rheingau und wohne dabei in unserer großzügig ausgebauten Scheune im Loft-Stil mit gemütlichem Innenhof (mit Parkplatz für euer Auto) im traditionsreichen Ortsteil Johannisberg. Das weltberühmte Schloss Johannisberg liegt 250 m entfernt und der Fernwanderweg Rheinsteig führt in 400 m Entfernung vorbei. Mehrere Weingüter mit Gutsausschänken bzw. Straußwirtschaften sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Das Ferienhaus "Bienenhäuschen"

Unser Ferienhaus ist ein liebevoll umgebautes, ehemaliges Bienenhaus. Es liegt umgeben von einem großen und ruhigen Garten, mit alten Obstbäumen, vielfältigen Pflanzen und einer Liegewiese. Für Kinder gibt es Platz zum Spielen, eine Schaukel, eine Sandbox und Wippe. Die schöne Umgebung lädt zum Wandern und zu Ausflügen an die nahegelegene Mosel ein.

Im Fachwerk Tra(e)um(en)

Ob ein romantisches oder schlicht gemütliches Wochenende zu zweit, unter Freunden oder mit der Familie, das ist das richtige Haus. Es liegt mitten zwischen Wäldern und Feldern mit nur 2 weiteren Wohnhäusern und ein paar Hallen in der Nachbarschaft. Ausflüge zur Burg Elz, zum Laacher See oder an die Mosel bieten sich super an.

Ancienne ferme rénovée dans un esprit environnemental et de bien-être.
