Wir begrüßen Sie in unserem liebevoll eingerichteten Apartment. Die 36m2 bieten Platz für bis zu 3 Personen. Ein extra Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Bett bietet ausreichend Privatsphäre. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein bequemes Schlafsofa. Die Wohnung ist mit eingerichteter Küche, 2 Bädern und TV komplett ausgestattet um sich wohlzufühlen. Außerdem befindet sich ein Hallenbad im Haus, das zurzeit aber leider wegen Renovierung geschlossen ist. Ihr Fahrzeug können Sie kostenlos direkt am Haus abstellen.

Vous apprécierez notre maison (refaite en juillet 2021) pour son cachet, la piscine chauffée en été, la tranquillité et la terrasse privée clôturée. Un bain finlandais privatif 8 places (supp à régler sur place). En décembre, une décoration de Noël .... Des pistes de ski à moins d'1h ! En supplément, une soirée tartes flambées est possible ou sortie bateau sur le canal … En bref : nous sommes là !!

Die Fassade des Hauses wurde nach der traditionellen japanischen Yakisugi-Methode erbaut. Im Innenbereich schaffen die Holzwände/-decken ein angenehmes Raumklima. Die 70m² Wohnfläche sind offen gestaltet und über zwei Stockwerke verteilt. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Panoramafenster und grosszügiger Terrasse/Balkon (20m²) mit Sicht auf den See.

There is a swimming pool and Fitness Gym next door (additional cost). The studio has 2 single beds which can be extended for 3 or 4 people. Brand new kitchen and full of kitchen accessaries. There is no TV and no sofa. Migros (Swiss grocery) is 1 minute walk away
