My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Cozy homefeeling next to lake Weissensee

Our flat is located around the corner of beautiful Weissensee lake. In the near proximity there are supermarkets and restaurants, as well as close access to tram station. We rent out the sleeping room which has a berlin-made futon mattress, a screen, a cupboard and a working station with adjustable-height desk, screen and chair. In the hallway to the bathroom there is a comfy leather couch. The kitchen is self-built and has all necessary tools, as well as spices, sauces, coffee beans.

Adorable and generous apartment with peaceful bedroom towards the backyard and a cosy living and dining area. Small and delicious restaurants, shops for daily needs, a charming little cinema right at the front door. A direct tram connection to vibrant Prenzlauer Berg (5 stops), the S-Bahn ring (3 stops) and Alexanderplatz (8 stops) is located nearby. The green space around the lake Weisser See lies within walking distance. Weißensee is about 20 minutes from the center.

Das Appartement liegt im Stadtbezirk Weißensee. Es verfügt über 2 getrennte Betten und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Eine Küche lädt zur Selbstversorgung ein. WLAN nutzt ihr selbstverständlich kostenfrei. Raucher bitten wir, vor die Tür zu gehen. Für den längeren Aufenthalt steht eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Der nächste Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. In 25 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln seid ihr in der City Berlin, z. B. Alexanderplatz.

Direkt am lebhaften Antonplatz in Weissensee befindet sich das Appartement über dem Kino Toni im 1. Stock. Die Straßenbahn ist vor der Tür - so dass man in 10 Minuten am Alexanderplatz ist. Supermärkte, Drogerien, Cafés und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Für zwei Personen ist das Appartement ideal, für drei Personen bequem. Es ist modern eingerichtet mit allem, was man für einen Lang- oder Kurzurlaub braucht.

Perfect for couples, friends or small families (up to 3 people). I live here with my two kids – personal touches, books, photos and everyday things give the place its charm. In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).

The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin.
