This newly renovated home was an early post offices in Milltown. It is now a paddlers dream! All surfaces are new and compliment the vintage patina of the building. Guests are just one block from Cave Country Canoes and only steps away from the beautiful Blue River. The Bungalow includes an outdoor patio and private parking. Even though the location is downtown, it is quiet and private. Maxine's Market and Blue River Liquors are all just a short walk. Very close to lots of outdoor activites

The William is a completely renovated and restored home. You will find refinished hardwood floors and new finishes; a charming fireplace and hearth (not used), and touches of old and new world throughout. Cira 1890 The Oswell Wright home features a Historic Marker that tells the story of the Brandenburg Affair, There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath located on the second floor so must be able to use stairs. The kitchen & living room are on the first floor. This home is located 2 blocks from downtown historic Corydon, shopping & dinning. The gas is shut off to cook stove and oven for safety. You are welcome to use the wood burning fire pit at the back of yard.

Welcome to our fully renovated West Baden Dome View bungalow. This hillside home is beautifully renovated and features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with a spacious renovated kitchen and new bathroom. This home was fully renovated to bring it into modern times. Enjoy the large front porch with a full view of the West Baden Dome, large lot for pets, and upgraded stone counter tops, stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. Quiet location on a dead-end street.

The Getaway House

Welcome to our Get Away House. Located on the edge of Loogootee, it is a very peaceful area and yet close to the local stores and restaurants. Relax with the family and spend the evening on the back patio. With two bedrooms and one bathroom, this single level home is perfect for your night away. PLEASE READ! Due to a recent storm, the back fence was damaged and has been removed and we are waiting for the new fence to be installed.

Izzy’s Treasure, entire cottage, super value!

Open concept living, dining and kitchen stocked with everything you need. Just grab some eggs, and milk on your way in. The upstairs has a spacious king room. The small Bedroom with full size bed has a full mattress that slides out from underneath. The lake picture is my personal dock that is 4 miles from the house. You can access the dock if you’re boating. The house is not on the lake.
