We offer modern Scandinavian decor, the convenience of smart locks, window blinds, robot vacuum, lighting, and High speed WIFi up to 1 GBPS! Also a 4k UHD 50 inch TV with Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video, Hulu, and Disney Plus. 2 King Gel Memory Foam 14-Inch hypoallergenic Mattresses. And a Keurig Special Edition coffee maker for expressos, americanos, or other milk creations!

The apartment is located on the property of the historic Witmer Estate. This 2nd floor apartment (above garage) offers a Smart TV, WIFI, King bed, an suite bath, a spacious living room and kitchen, a small desk area if you plan to work during your stay. The home is located near Amish attractions, Intercourse, Bird in Hand, Strasburg all within a few minutes drive. 20 minutes to Downtown Lancaster. Shopping and the outlets also within 10 minutes drive. Outdoor patio area w picnic table & lights.

First floor is an open concept with new appliances in the kitchen and a cozy living area with loveseat and dining table. A walker’s paradise with plenty of restaurants, cafes, brew pubs, farmers market, galleries, and shops on nearby Penn Ave. Walk to Reading Hospital, this home is perfect for medical students, visiting staff, or a place to stay if a relative or friend is in the hospital.

Tucked into the woods of the Texter Mountain, our little home is a custom built modern getaway. Its beautiful timber framework, high steel beams for suspension, and glass front makes for the perfect retreat. We created this space as a place to be refreshed and rejuvenated and we hope it is all that, and more!
