Řeka Otava je ve vzdálenosti cca 100 m od chaty. V přízemí chaty se nachází plně vybavená kuchyňská linka, dále obývací část s rozkládacím gaučem (2 lůžka) a koupelna s WC a sprchovým koutem. V prvním patře se nachází ložnice se 4 lůžky (1x manželská postel, 2x jednolůžko). Součástí chaty jsou dvě krásné terasy.
