This private apartment with a walk out deck is located on the lower level of our new construction, Green Built home. Conveniently located in the Kenilworth neighborhood of Asheville, we are 1.5 miles from the Biltmore Estate entrance and 1.5 miles from downtown. We are near many local breweries, restaurants, and shops and have many great outdoor adventures nearby. Guests must be able to walk an exterior staircase to access apartment.

Asheville East Retreat

Our private guest suite is located within our home but has a separate, secure front entrance. We do not share this space, our suite is entirely for our Airbnb guests. The area outside the entrance is for guest use and has seating to enjoy the mountain views. We would love to host you when you visit Asheville!
