Incredible Villa Teeming with Family Activities

Treat family like royalty in a self-contained villa that's sure to please young and old. There are billiards, football, and a wall of kids' toys. A secluded pool and BBQ area. This beautiful villa has antique front doors that lead into a spacious entrance hall. There is large Double Bedroom on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom. This room can also be made up as a twin bedroom. The hall has glass doors that lead into a sitting room with desk area, modern log burning fireplace and attached dining room. The dining table is set up to seat 10 people but can be extended to seat 12 people if needed. The Kitchen is modern and easy to keep clean. It is fully equipped with Miele and Liebherr appliances, double fridge/freezer, wine fridge, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, Magimix, Nespresso Coffee machine and a Nutribullet. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms with King Size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The Master bedroom has it's own balcony overlooking the front garden and pool area. Also on the first floor, the third bedroom is a twin bedded room which on request can be made up as a double bedroom. This also has an ensuite bathroom and it's own balcony. The basement area consists of a further bedroom with two bunkbeds. There is a further shower room for this bedroom. Also in the basement there is a 'games area' with pool table, table tennis and table football. Shelving space with many children's toys and books for guests to use. There is also a desk area that seats 2 people. The property has an acoustic 'cinema room' in the basement, utility room containing washing machine and dryer and access to the garage. There are tennis rackets and balls available for people to use and useful beach equipment. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, underfloor heating, heated towel rails and air-conditioning. In addition to the cinema, the property has three TV's in the sitting room, basement and master bedroom. There is cable TV, Sky and Apple TV available. The swimming pool is 10x5m. It is surrounded by a large terraced area and landscaped garden. There is a comfortable seating area with shade next to the pool and a further 6 sun loungers with sun shade. There is a beautiful outdoor dining area at the back of the property coming off the kitchen which seats 12 people. In the summer months it has vines growing above it making it a special place to sit with friends and family. To the rear of the property there is a further seating area for four people and a short boules court. Entire villa and garden. We have a lady called Kate who runs our villa in Portugal and will be able to assist you during your stay. The villa is walking distance to Ancao Beach, which has beach bars and restaurants. Guests have access to a tennis court and six-a-side football pitch. Mini golf, biking, go-karting, and water sports are nearby. Restaurants are within a short walk. No buses to this area. Car hire recommended. Our gardener comes each week on a Tuesday morning. Our pool maintenance company visits once a week - usually on a Monday morning.

We have a safe in the apartment for guests to store valuables. Private parking at the building. Depending on availability, we can book our guests in for Massage, Yoga, SUP, Surf Lessons, Electric bicycle hire - and more... The whole apartment - 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a large open plan living and dining area. We like to meet all of our guests in person on arrival to give a warm welcome. We live a short walk away, and are available for emergencies 24/7. Situated in the picturesque village of Praia da Luz amid native flora and just a four-minute walk from the beach, the home's location can't be beat. Everything is steps away—supermarkets, restaurants, bars, doctors, banks, a post office, and more. We normally recommend hiring a car if staying in Luz for more than a few days. There are so many beautiful beaches and wonderful things to see within a short drive away. The bigger town of Lagos is about 5 minutes' drive. Otherwise, there is a local bus from Luz to Lagos and beyond. There is a taxi rank by the village church. The nearest train station is in Lagos. Please note that the exterior entrance is shared with the next door apartment, once inside the entrance hall there are two doors to two different apartments. Please note there is no outside dining area or terrace. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbours. Please keep the noise to a minimum after 9:30pm and also when returning back after an evening out :)

Ehemaliges Fischerhaus über zwei Etagen mit privatem Innenhof. Architektonische Highlights im marokkanischen Stil. Gelegen im schönen, alten Ortskern von Salema. Der ausgezeichnete Strand ist weniger als eine Gehminute entfernt. Vom Eingang aus gelangt man in den offenen Küchen-, Wohn- und Essbereich mit Blick in den oasenhaften Innenhof, der mit hochwertigen Steinarbeiten ansprechend gestaltet ist. Ein kleiner dekorativer Pool (nicht zum Schwimmen) rundet das behagliche Ambiente ab. Mit einem Buch in der Hand und den Füßen im kalten Wasserbecken lässt es sich hier an heißen Sommertagen herrlich entspannen und in aller Ruhe Kraft tanken. Das Bad mit Doppeldusche und Dusch-WC befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Die beiden offenen Schlafräume im Obergeschoss sind ausgestattet mit jeweils einem Queensize-Bett unter der gemütlichen Dachschräge. Jeder Schlafraum hat direkten Zugang zur Sonnenterasse mit Loungemöbeln. Herrliche Nachtruhe, man hört den Wind in den Palmen und entfernt die Brandung. Die Gäste haben Zugang zu allen Bereichen, da sie das gesamte Haus mieten. Für alle Fragen sind wir erreichbar (Mail und Telefon) und haben Leute vor Ort, die das Haus betreuen und behilflich sein können. Im Umkreis von 100 Metern befinden sich Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Verleih von Kajaks und Stand Up Paddling und ein Fischverkauf direkt nach Fang. Salema ist ein charmantes Fischerdorf, vom Strand aus werden Ausflüge mit dem Boot angeboten. Im Hinterland lockt der Gebirgszug Monchique mit heilenden Quellen. Weitere Aktivitäten sind Reiten, Yoga, diverse Wasser- und Freizeitparks, Wassersport wie Segeln, Jetski oder Surfen. Am Cabo de Sao Vincente lassen sich wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge erleben.

Wer sich es hier gemütlich machen will, hat die Qual der Wahl – vielleicht im großzügigen Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und grandiosem Blick? Oder im Garten unter einer der Palmen? Auf der Hauptterrasse am Pool? Auf einem Balkon? Morgens beginnt man am besten mit einem Frühstück im sonnigen Innenhof und dann lässt man sich einfach treiben und genießt das herrschaftliche Leben in der Villa und darum herum. Abends kann man entspannt eine runde Billiard, Tischfußball oder Flipper spielen. Der Garten ist angelegt mit unzähligen ausgefallenen Pflanzen und vielen Obstbäumen. An den Orangen, Zitronen, Pampelmusen, Pfirsichen, Mandeln, Feigen, Äpfeln und Birnen dürfen Sie sich gerne bedienen. Zum Strand von Luz sind es nur wenige Minuten. Die Villa „Red Admiral“ befindet sich in einer kleinen Urbanisation die „Ruas das Borboletas“ verläuft ein paar hundert Meter den Hügel hinauf und endet in einer Sackgasse. Es ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem nicht einsam und besonders schön ist die Nähe zum Nationalpark Costa Vicentina in 3 km und die unmittlebare Nähe zu Lagos (8 km) und den vielen schönen Restaurants und Stränden in Luz und Burgau (jeweils 3 km) Auto empfohlen.

Air condicioning on all divisions, the rooms have double bed, kitchenet, Television, toaster, microwave. It's possible to see the sea and the pool from the balcony. The garden, terrace and swimming pool. This is not shared with anyone. I will be available to answer any questions that you may have. The house is in a lush green setting in a quiet area of Lagos that is close to the beach. The town center is approximately 2 kilometers away. You can walk to the beach but a car ís advisable for exploring the local área.
