This cabin is perfect for entertaining with 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths, upstairs & downstairs sitting areas, and stunning stocked kitchen! (We do have a separate rental agreement)

"Salvaged in Ohio", this extraordinary cabin is located in the quaint village of Rushville, Ohio. Restaurants, shopping, and downtown events are in nearby Lancaster. Hike in the Hocking Hills, check out nearby historical sites, then relax and rejuvenate at the cabin. Rushville is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Featured in the 1991 Fine Home Building magazine, the Kennedy Cabin is built with 90% salvaged local materials. Note: This property is smoke free, no smoking.

Cabin is over 3000 sq ft with 3 big bedrooms. 3 full bathrooms with one en suite. Kitchen is stocked with pans and pots, plates and dishes. Plus a large dining table. Cozy Cabin by Perry State Forest

This cozy cabin is available to rent that sleeps up to 5 comfortably. There is a full bathroom that was newly built in April 2025. It has a private bon fire pit area located in the woods behind the cabin. We are located next to the Perry State Forest. Where you can ride straight out of our drive to the trails. There are also hiking trails and 4706 acres of public land to hunt. There is a microwave and fridge there. There is also a large communal shelter house and camp kitchen.

The cabin is equipped with wifi, electricity, television and gorgeous views of the country. A large deck with a breathtaking view of Coshocton county's rolling hills! Near the cabin is a unique composting toilet fit for a king. The yard also boasts a giant playset for the kids, and a zipline for the young at heart.
