Entrance into the apartment through a screened in porch and double French doors provides privacy and space to relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoor landscape. Located on the second floor of an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always.
