He replied “With all of the traveling I do + all of the miles I put in, it just makes the upkeep of a permanent residence near impossible, plus it’s time that I stop ignoring the fact the I’ve outgrown the toilet space here. Between Clendening and Piedmont Lakes and within minutes to Tappan and Salt Fork State Park. Sleeps up to 8 people, but cozy & romantic enough for 2. We have hiking trails, a stream, an outdoor firepit, & an amazing deck. We offer hunting packages as well with prior approval. Gas grill, wheelchair friendly, dishes & linens provided.

The studio is spacious and cozy. Located in the small village of Barnesville which is 7 minutes from I-70. It’s the perfect place for a couples getaway or a solo retreat. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker and all the essentials that are needed. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use. The bathroom has a shower but no bathtub. The Studio is attached to the back of a larger house. There is no entrance between the Studio and house. There is private parking.

The Bunker House

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.

Sugar Shack Inn

Newly rebuilt cabin/house located in Edgewater Park, Piedmont lake is our neighbor, hunting is literally 25' away on Muskingum wildlife conservancy land. Lake is walking distance with public boat ramp a .5 mile away. Located in a culdesac which there is only one other cabin on this road, which is also owned by us. Great lake view and quiet.
