There’s a bathtub with shower, in the living room a flat screen tv, a dining room with a fully stocked coffee bar, a fully equipped kitchen, a back porch with a sitting area and tv. and a balcony to look out downtown Loudonville.

Within a 4-mile radius you will find the Mohican State Park, Landoll's Mohican Castle, canoe liveries, grocery stores, gas stations, dining and fast foods, and down town Loudonville.
