Minutes to Newfields Art Museum and Downtown Indianapolis. Minutes to the quaint area of Broadripple and many of the best locally own restaurants and pubs in the city. Close 2 Butler & Marion Universities & IUPUI Campus. And the beautiful & historic homes of Meridian Kessler are seconds away

Private Garden Studio (No Bath Tub/Shower)

We have been hosting guests in our carriage house for years and recently completed this brand new garden studio specifically for short-term Air BnB guests. This is a perfect location for one or two guests for one or two nights. The space does not have a shower or bath tub so longer term stays would be difficult. There is a small refrigerator in the space for storing any food and drink. The garden studio will be your private space with your own private entrance overlooking our vegetable garden.

This room is a good value. It is close enough to Indianapolis yet peaceful, clean, quiet, and private. We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. Explore the Monon Trail, stroll to one of many local establishments then retreat to your open-plan loft (w/100% green energy) inspired by the original old barn it looks over in the Broad Ripple Flower Alley featuring over 20 oversized flower murals. A new kind of community garden for your daily walks. This in-law unit is located above the garage, away from the main house. The claw foot tub sets an intimate relaxation mood for your stay. We consider a well-behaved home trained pet for a fee.
