The cabin was built out of 100+year old reclaimed materials with 15 foot vaulted ceilings on the main floor. With poplar bark walls, incredible lighting, hand cut slate floors your stay is guaranteed to be enchanting. While Hurricane Helene shifted the landscape of our sweet village, we are seeing significant progress each day in the town's rebuild, shops and restaurants are now open. The cabin has no damage.

Overlooks several different pastures with goats, highland cows, and chickens. Meander around the farm, visit the animals. Enjoy a little bit of heaven.

Sophie's Cabin~ A Secluded and Charming Getaway

Sophie's cabin is tucked away in the forest of the gated Riverbend Community. It is a quiet retreat ideally suited for a couple looking to unplug and be in nature. It's both spacious and cozy with a private bedroom, full bathroom, full kitchen, and a comfortable living room. There is a large private deck behind the cabin with a dining set, gas grill, and 2 lounge chairs. A large Ingles grocery store and several restaurants are open nearby. Our private lake is open and as pretty as ever.

Our Sweet Retreat sits down hill from the main road. With a private paved parking area. The house sits approximately 12 steps below parking area with large wrap around porch. The main living area is open with vaulted ceiling. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and a full bath . Upstairs is a small loft and master suite with full bath, fireplace & private deck overlooking the lake. There is a large stone fireplace on the North end of the cabin and a covered deck on the lakeside.
