Welcome to "Cabin on Swede Hill". Our family has farmed this land since 1871. My great grandparents, Swan and Johanna Johnson immigrated to America in the 1860's, found this land which was similar to Sweden. They raised their family here. Approximately 65 Swedish families settled in this community, became to be know as the "Swede Hills". We just received the Hoosier Homestead Award from Indiana celebrating the Sesquicentennial Award. Rustic Lodge -Oak Tree Lodge

The Oak Tree Lodge is located in a country setting and offers a private lodge with an outdoor area for relaxing and entertaining. The former barn structure has been beautifully transformed in a rustic and comfortable lodge to rest, relax, and renew. We have renewed it into a fresh new life - as a lodge to invite friends and guests to enjoy and relax. The listed rate is for four people, and additional quests will be $25.00 per person.

Culver/Lake Max Home... In-Town & Close to Academy

Clean, Comfortable, Updated Home just steps off of Main Street and a short walk to Cafe Max. A great home for Academy parents to stay while visiting their children. Also, a great residence to stay in if your child's team is playing a Culver team. Dogs are welcome, please no cats. $50 additional pet cleaning fee. Need the house for consecutive weekends? Let me know. Happy to be flexible with cleaning fees and unused mid-week days.
