There’s a bathtub with shower, in the living room a flat screen tv, a dining room with a fully stocked coffee bar, a fully equipped kitchen, a back porch with a sitting area and tv. and a balcony to look out downtown Loudonville.

Cozy Abode

The space is a dedicated basement apartment. The space has its own door and lock, but guests will enter through a shared garage entrance. The decor is neat and modern. There is a small kitchenette, giving guests the ability to eat in, or make coffee. The cozy sitting area is a great place to wind down for the evening or enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The apartment is below our living space. While we will do our best to keep noise to a minimum, you will hear kids/footsteps during the day.

This house is 15 minutes from Amish Country (Millersburg) to the East and 15 minutes from Mohican Adventures (Loudonville) to the West. The house is set up for a relaxing inexpensive family vacation. The house has 2 main bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room and a futon in the Game/Office room. It has 2 bathrooms and the kitchen is fully functional (coffee maker, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher). The living room, both bedrooms, and game room have individual TVs.

This Airbnb was created for bikers riding on the OTET. This is above a detached garage at zip code 44628. This one open room with a private bathroom includes towels (toilet, shower, and sink). There is a double bed with linens, tv, wifi, mini-kitchen with microwave, sink, and refrigerator. The stove is not working now. The Airbnb is located a few minutes from the OTET/Glenmont Trailhead. Note: NO PETS or children under age 12 allowed. No smoking or vaping allowed in Airbnb.

This cabin has a full bed in the loft, sleeper sofa from Lovesac, a full bath, kitchenette, a front deck over looking the beautiful valley with lots of wildlife. The cabin has internet, TV, fridge, and also an outside fire pit grill.

Arrowhead Ridge off-grid cabin #1

This is our rustic cabin that was built during prohibition and was a moonshiners paradise. There is no electricity and is completely off grid. There is a solar shower, lamps and candles, an RV toilet, gas/charcoal grill, outdoor fireplace, fire ring, picnic table etc. There is a queen size futon inside cabin and a futon with two cots in the screen room.
