Das Einkaufszentrum "Minto" ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Eine schnelle Anbindung zu den Autobahnen ist gegeben. Der Hbf, ist zu Fuß in 15 min zu erreichen und der "bunte Garten"in nur 10 min. Der Borussia Park ist nur 4km entfernt und mit den Bussen seid ihr schnell Vorort.

Das Duisburger Hausboot Lore im Herzen der City

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

It is about 20 minutes by car to Düsseldorf (old town or trade fair). The S-Bahn is about 8 minutes' walk away and takes about 10 minutes to Düsseldorf, 5 minutes to Neuss and about 1 hour to Cologne. Good parking situation and a large shopping center is only a 5-minute walk away.
