It's 5 minutes from the Historic Ram Cat Alley with Live Outdoor music every Thursday Night (Apr.-Oct.), Shopping, Boutiques, Restaurants, Breweries, and Coffee Shops. It's only 12 minutes from Clemson University, and a short drive to Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee, and Lake Hartwell. This area is home to numerous Waterfalls, Hiking Trails, and good southern barbecue. Very secluded and family friendly, yet close to everything. Roughly 3 miles by boat from Clemson and Death Valley (about six miles by car), it boasts over an acre and a half of pristine woodland. There are three docks on property, the largest installed new in July of 2021 and two smaller to chase changing water levels. Total of six bedrooms, plus a murphy bed in the game room makes this ideal for a laid back family get-together.
