This apartment is a large studio in the heart of Lincoln Park! New construction and all furnishings & appliances are brand new. It is perfect for a couple...but can also sleep 3-4 for a girls trip or a family with small children. You enter with your personal keypad code which we give you a few days prior to your stay. And we are always available by text or email should you have any questions about the apartment. Set in Lincoln Park, this apartment is steps away from shopping along Armitage and Halsted Avenue. There’s grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes nearby, plus red and brown line train stations that access Downtown and other parts of the city. Street parking is relatively easy around the apartment and we offer free residential parking stickers in the apartment on the desk. We also offer a clean garage space (with free EV hook up, should you need it) for $20/night.

Enjoy privacy in this beautifully handcrafted cottage with arched ceilings. The cottage is 2 miles from downtown Goshen - a vibrant small town with restaurants and shops. It's 1 mile from Goshen College, 45 minutes from Notre Dame and 25 minutes from the Amish town of Shipshewana. The cottage is beside a fruit, nut and berry orchard and gardens. It's adjacent to a city bike trail that links to the Pumpkinvine nature/bike trail. It's close to a train crossing (with whistle) and a busy street.

From the backyard you can fish, kayak/canoe, paddle board, enjoy a bonfire, grill, and relax by the river. There's a king memory foam bed, sleeper sofa, and 49" TV. Remote work friendly with spacious workspace desk, fast WIFI, and coffee. The closet has a mini food prep area with mini fridge and microwave, and grill out on back patio. TINY studio for ONE. Non-smoking inside & out. Our typical guest is a busy academic, intern, medical worker or businessperson. This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. See the LOCATION section under the map to read a description of our neighborhood. *Winter Note: We shovel the walkways at the Airbnb, but not usually until later in the day. So mornings might be snowy.

Think of this place as a small, beautifully odd refuge: a vintage Ravenswood apartment with a sunlit kitchen banquette, a curated mix of Danish furnishings, and just enough whimsy to keep things interesting.
